Shipping policy

When will my order ship?

If your parts are all in stock, your order will be processed and shipped immediately. If you order Monday through Friday before 8AM EST, your order will be picked for shipping the same day. If you order after 8AM EST, it will rollover to the next business day. Orders from the weekend will be picked on Monday.

How soon your order ships is determined on the shipping method you chose at checkout. If you pick-up UPS Ground and ordered before 8AM, it will leave our facility the same day. If you chose USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail, it will ship the following morning that your order was picked for shipping due to the mail pick-up schedule. Note: When selecting USPS Priority Mail, it will give you the estimated number of transit days. That number is an estimate, and only reflects the days of transit. It does not include how long it takes for us to pick, pack, and ship.

If your item is not in stock, ship times will vary. Please see “What happens if my part is back ordered” below.

If you need your part by a certain day or if you need to pay for expedited shipping, we recommend calling your order in.

 

What happens if my part is back ordered?

We are a production-based facility, meaning we have a set schedule of when we make parts and we only produce large runs. We try to stay ahead and keep all of our parts in stock, but with the number of part numbers we have, it can take us a while to get a part back in stock once we run out. If we are back ordered on a part, the wait can vary from 1-3 months depending on when we can work the part into the schedule. Unfortunately when we are completely out of a part, there is no way for us to guarantee delivery by a certain date.

I ordered my parts from a dealer/distributor, what is the status of my order?

Please contact the company you purchased our parts through for the most current status. Our dealers/distributors check in weekly for updates and have the most current information on your order.

 

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! International orders must pay via PayPal, credit card purchases will not go through on our website. We ship international orders through USPS. If you do not see your country listed during checkout, please email us so we can process your order. Email sales@houser-racing.com
