When will my order ship?

If your parts are all in stock, your order will be processed and shipped immediately. If you order Monday through Friday before 12PM EST, your order will most likely be picked for shipping the same day. If you order after 12PM EST, it will rollover to the next business day. Orders from the weekend will be picked on Monday.

If your item is not in stock, ship times will vary. Please see “What happens if my part is back ordered” below.

 

What happens if my part is back ordered?

We are a production-based facility, meaning we have a set schedule of when we make parts and we only produce large runs.  We try to stay ahead and keep all of our parts in stock, but with the number of part numbers we have, it can take us a while to get a part back in stock once we run out. If we are back ordered on a part, the wait can vary from 1-3 months depending on when we can work the part into the schedule. Unfortunately when we are completely out of a part, there is no way for us to guarantee delivery by a certain date.

I ordered my parts from a dealer/distributor, what is the status of my order?

Please contact the company you purchased our parts through for the most current status. Our dealers/distributors check in weekly for updates and have the most current information on your order.


How do I install my Houser Racing part?

You can find our installation guides under the “Install Guides” tab on our website. If you do not see one for your part, email sales@houser-racing.com


You do not offer a part I want for my ATV, will you make it for me?

Unfortunately, we do not take custom orders or do any custom fab work.


You used to make a part, but no longer offer it. Can you make me one?

Once a part has been discontinued, we can no longer produce it.


Can I get my ATV part custom powder coated?

All ATV parts are powder coated gloss black. We no longer offer custom colors on ATV parts.


The color I want for my SXS part isn’t on the drop down, can I get it custom powder coated?

We try to stock a variety of OEM color matched SXS parts that are up-to-date with what the factories are producing. If you don’t see a color that matches your unit, feel free to email us and we can do our best to assist you. We add/update the colors according to new units released each year. We do not offer custom powder coating, but if you don’t see the color you want, we would be happy to hear your suggestions! Email sales@houser-racing.com


Do your products come with a warranty?

We offer a one-year limited-warranty that covers defects in craftsmanship and materials. Due to the extreme nature of offroad riding and racing, we do not cover bent or broken parts from racing, crashing, hitting trees or rocks, etc.


Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! International orders must pay via PayPal, credit card purchases will not go through on our website. We ship international orders through USPS. If you do not see your country listed during checkout, please email us so we can process your order. Email rob@houser-racing.com


When is your next sale?

We do not hold many sales a year, but when we do, we have sales or specials on or around most major holidays.


How do I get sponsored?

We accept sponsorship resumes from October through December each year. We do not accept resumes out of the application period. To apply, click on the Sponsorship tab at the top of our homepage during the sponsorship timeframe.


I need to order replacement parts, where do I go?

We have a section specifically designated for replacement parts. You can find it in our top menu under “Spare Parts”. It is organized by ATV/UTV make and model.

If you have an older part and do not see the part for it on the website, please email us pictures of the part as well as what ATV they are for so we can try to determine what you need. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to get back with you with a parts list. Email rob@houser-racing.com



I found your parts on another site cheaper, can you price match?

Send us a screenshot of the cheaper part and we can see about honoring the price. Proof must be provided for price matching to be considered. Please provide a screenshot as well as the vendor’s name. Email sales@houser-racing.com


How do I get my ATV/UTV featured on your social media?

Email us pictures, we would love to feature you! We are always looking for new content to share. Email brenna@houser-racing.com


I live close, can I pick-up my order?

Yes, please select "pick up" under the delivery method at checkout.


How do I get decals?

We have a decal kit available for purchase with the same decals we use on the products for $15.


Do your steering stems come with a handlebar clamp?

No, it is a separate item.
