In with the old - out with the new!

Let's face it... Quality high-performance ATV components don't come cheap. So the only thing better than brand new is "good as new"...and already paid for! If your dependable old HOUSER Racing parts are starting to look a little rough around the edges from use and abuse, send them in to our Refurbishing Department and we'll send them back out to you with a new lease on life.

The welding and fabrication methods that HOUSER Racing uses ensures that our parts will hold up for years. But as durable as our components are, the moving parts do begin to wear out eventually due to the rigors of use and the powdercoated paint system that protects your parts can also begin to show its age. That's why HOUSER Racing offers comprehensive refurbishing services to keep your quad looking and running great regardless of what you put it through.

Today's powdercoated parts have a "clear" coat of powder applied to give a greater brilliance and an extra-long life to the finish. Plus, we have 30 colors to choose from! Click here to see them all.

Sending your products back to HOUSER Racing for refurbishing is as simple as one phone call. Give us a call before you send your products back to us so we can get all the information we need to get your products into the refurbishing process and back to you as soon as possible. We will give you an RA# to include with your parts. This RA# allows us to look up all the information about the products sent to us. HOUSER Racing tries its best to get your products refurbished within two weeks of receiving the products from you.

The Powder Re-coating process involves the following steps:

  1. Remove bearings, seals, thrust washers, etc.
    (Note: If HOUSER Racing removes these parts, they will not be returned to the customer. Therefore, customers should remove any items they want to keep before sending the part in for refurbishing.)
  2. Remove grease and dirt.
  3. Burn paint off without overheating the part.
  4. Sandblast the part to ensure that a clean surface is achieved.
  5. Prepare the part for paint.
  6. Powdercoat paint the part with the HOUSER Racing decal applied .

Powder Re-Coating Charges:

  • Steering Stems $35
  • Swing Arms $50
  • A-Arms (Tops) $25
  • A-Arms (Bottoms) $35
  • Call for all other items, and/or a complete quote

Other Charges:

All refurbishment products are subject to a $40 per hour labor fee. This fee will be applied if:

  • Disassembly of product is needed
  • Previous powdercoat removal
  • Assembly of replacement parts
  • etc.

Need replacement parts? We have you covered there too. Things like bearings, tie rods, and ball joints are kept in stock. We can install these replacement parts for you while the product is here.
