The HOUSER Refund-Return Policy

Returns due to customer mis-ordered items will be accepted after receiving RA# from Houser Racing. Items should be in as new condition and with all packaging and parts. Items returned in a used condition will not be credited a refund. Customer is responsible for shipping of mis-ordered items. Should Houser Racing have shipped and incorrect or defective item Houser Racing will make all efforts in good faith to rectify the issue. Copy of customers invoice may be requested to verify date of purchase. All returns must have RA# issued by Houser Racing. Call 740-382-8100
