Houser Racing's Steering Stem for the CAN-AM DS450 is the best stem on the market. We came up with this stem with the help and input from the Can-Am Warnert Racing Team.

  • Reduced Bump Steer
    • If you take a look at the Steering Stem you will notice that the Tie Rod Mounting Plate is upside down. This was done to help the Bump Steer with the DS450. Solving Bump Steer Issues is no easy task, we used advanced technology to develop the perfect Tie Rod Mounting Geometry.
  • Aluminum Double Sealed Ball Bearing Holder with Adjustable Stops
    • The Pro-Riders wanted to be able to adjust their steering radius so they could turn sharper than the stock OEM setup. So we have included a billet aluminum Bearing Holder that replaces the stock one. The Holder has Bolts and Jam Nuts to make adjusting your steering radius quick and easy.
  • Anti-Vibration Stem Stop
    • The upper portion of this Steering Stem accepts our Anti Vibration Aluminum Billet Handle Bar Clamp. The Handle Bar Clamp is mounted to the stem with 4 Cone Rubbers, this separates the Stem from the Clamp, causing a huge reduction in engine and chassis vibration. The vibration reduction will help decrease rider fatigue!
  • Made from 4130 Chromoly Steel
    • Our Steering Stem is made from 4130 Chromoly Aircraft Tubing. The Top Tube is 1.125 Inch 4130 Bent Tubing and we use large Gussets that extend to the frame mounting clamp
  • Fully TIG Welded

Next, The Pro riders wanted to be able to adjust their steering radius So they could turn sharper than the stock OEM setup. So we have included a billet aluminum Bearing Holder that replaces the stock one. The Holder has 2 Bolts with Jam Nuts to make adjusting your steering radius quick and easy. Our Steering Stem is made from 1.25 Inch 4130 Chromoly Aircraft Tubing. The Top is 1.125 Inch 4130 Bent Tubing and we use large Gussets that extend to the frame mounting clamp. Whit the engineering and the testing, that went into the development of this Steering Stem, it is a must have!!!!
